Home Repair Resource Available! 🏠🔨👨🔧
Do you know someone who:
Is a low- and/or fixed-income senior (60 years of age and older) whose house is in need of repair or modification; and/or
Has disabilities and needs medical/mobility-related modifications to their home?
Brothers Redevelopment has resources available to help! Check out the link below to learn more about their program and help someone apply for the program today.
Resident Rebates ✏️📒💰
The City of Arvada offers tax rebates to qualified residents through the Resident Rebate Program:
Apply from May through August. Rebate amounts are $100 for the first person and $65 for additional persons.
Partial residency rebates are offered on a prorated basis.
Household income and proof of Arvada residency are now the only qualifications for the program.
See if you qualify and apply at the link below:
Colorado Launches Property Tax Map 🏔️🌲🌄
The Department of Local Affairs and the Governor’s office of Information Technology launched a new pilot Colorado Property Tax Map which offers Coloradans a centralized, accessible, and reliable source to estimate property taxes.
This first-of-its-kind map aggregates data provided to the state by local governments and displays historical taxing, parcel, and levy information to clarify a confusing subject. The map can be viewed from any device and does not require an account. Visit the link below for more information and access to the map.
